Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Samridhi Finance, we value our customers and aim to provide a seamless payment experience for loan repayments. Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations carefully before making a payment.

1. Loan Repayment Policy

All payments made through https://samridhifinance.com/ are intended for the repayment of existing loan installments (EMIs), interest, or processing fees. Once a payment is successfully processed, it is credited against the customer's loan account and is generally non-refundable and non-cancellable.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be considered under the following specific technical circumstances:

• Double Payment: If the customer's account is debited twice for the same transaction/installment due to a technical glitch.
• Excess Payment: If a payment is made that exceeds the total outstanding balance of the loan account.
• Payment Failure: If the amount is deducted from the customer's bank account but not credited to the Samridhi Finance system within 48 hours.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, the customer must send an email to samridhifinance53@gmail.com with the following details:

• Full Name & Loan Application Number
• Transaction Date & Time
• Transaction ID / UTR Number
• Screenshot of the payment confirmation/debit message

Once verified, the refund will be initiated to the original payment source (Bank Account/Card/UPI) within 7 to 10 working days.

4. Cancellation Policy

Since these are financial repayments, there is no option for a customer to "cancel" a payment once the transaction is authorized and completed through the Payment Gateway. Please ensure all details are correct before hitting the 'Pay' button.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly for any payment discrepancies. Fraudulent chargeback claims will be dealt with in accordance with the loan agreement signed at the time of disbursement.
