2. Loan Repayment & Payments

• All payments made through this portal are towards the repayment of loans issued by Samridhi Finance.
• The user must ensure the Application Number and Mobile Number are entered correctly to ensure credit to the right account.
• Payments once processed successfully through the gateway are considered final.

3. Transaction Fees

Samridhi Finance does not charge extra for online payments; however, third-party payment gateway providers or your bank may apply a Convenience Fee or service tax. These charges are independent of the loan amount and are non-refundable.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Repayments are generally non-refundable. In the event of a technical error (such as a double-debit), users must contact our support at samridhifinance53@gmail.com within 48 hours. Valid refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment source.

5. Security & Data Protection

We prioritize your security. We do not store your credit/debit card or net banking credentials. All transactions are processed through encrypted, secure, and PCI-DSS compliant payment aggregators.

6. Limitation of Liability

Samridhi Finance shall not be liable for any failure of the payment transaction due to server issues, incorrect data entry by the user, or bank-side downtime.
